At the construction process of this study, it is explained about the estimation of amount of materials to build standard houses which have a great variety of the shapes and data base of CO2 about construction materials and the transport methods. Moreover, it is possible to assess energy and amount of CO2 at the operation process of it during the life cycle of the buildings. At the maintenance process of this study, it was analyzed for CO2 assessment as based on the repairing period and ratio of the main part of the buildings and was set the production of amount of CO2 each process by existing documents and researching data at the dismantling process of it.
