High-rise commercial complex apartment is higher to get more advantages of efficient availability of land area than residential-only apartment. It causes that structure system is required to improve and develop. The core shear wall system is usually used in the high-rise commercial complex apartment of structure system. In this study, through 3-dimensional structural analyses, when the core shear wall system planned at the high-rise commercial complex apartment, this study has been analyzing the economics of Buyers, constructability of construction company, and the user's account for the optimum use of space.
