U-City is the most remarkable and revolutionary public investment that is now under way, however, there are no such cases as the economic analysis based on the related region. This study provides salient information on the most important concerns of the economic analysis and through the fact; it will investigate the feasibility of the business based in Hwasung Dongtan regions where the U-City business were uniquely constructed. The amounts of cost and benefit will be measured to evaluate the economic analysis and this was applied to use of NPV, B/C ratio.
