요약2	Urban traditional housing is a type of the urban housing which have developed by itself from the traditional vernacular houses and it has continued with a traditional feature in the westernize and modernization affection of Korea. Also, the urban traditional housing is still one of the housing in the present and it makes a urban village with a rich culture benefit and fresh natural environment. But, until now the studies and developed cases of urban traditional housing are slanted too much toward architectural preserve. Not only almost the studies of the urban traditional housing have not very much about microscopic housing environment but also it has not a guideline for the resident affordance. In other words, to success a designed environment, it offers proper affordance to the resident in many ways. But the urban traditional housing is not established the guideline. Therefore, the urban traditional housing environment is demanded to an arranging the guideline with a structural frame as environmental design field. The method of the study is a characteristic extraction with a literature review from the books, master`s thesis and published journal. And then the extracted characteristics substitute to Murtha and Lee`s User Benefit Criteria. Thus, the purpose of the study is that showing organized affordence guideline of the comprehensive urban traditional housing through Murtha and Lee`s User Benefit Criteria. And it expects to that the process of the housing development will be less of a trial and error in the future. Also it will be used to scientific data in the urban traditional housing education field.
