Accordingly, it is essential for construction and engineering companies to minimize profitability and productivity. As a part of efforts to the effect, they need to improve not only labor productivity by upgrading work environment of site laborers but also save costs and enhance productivity by optimizing deployment of site management manpower. However, they have yet to develop site management resources deployment plan that conforms to quantitative standards defining essential site sources and their mobilization schedule. Researchers have focused on productivity enhancement of site laborers, with little attention to deployment of construction site management resources as a means of productivity improvement. Thus, this paper intends to analyze the deployment status of site management resources in commercial-residential complex construction projects under implementation in large numbers to help with efficient land utilization.
