These projects require various license management and technologies for the manufacturing and handing processes. Additionally, the efficiency of pre-construction process management determines the success or failure of the business. Nonetheless, there exist various risks involved in the EPC pre-construction processes due to lack of experience and management techniques. The objective of this paper is to analysis the standard business process of LNG plant throughout pre-construction phase, and identify the knowledge and information data Modeling.
