Many apartment complex have achieved temporary or real certification by green building certification system, but there weren’t enough studies on how much residents are satisfied by their certified complex. In this study, we want to clarify the factors of resident’s satisfaction level in certified environment friendly complex by comparing the social and economical characteristics of resident.
