요약2	The purpose of this study are as follow. 1) This research will reveal the overall conditions of the bathrooms, problems in furnishings, layouts of bathroom design, satisfaction degrees and requirements of the residents, based on the bathroom types in relation to the sizes of the apartments(other consideration factors: age, life cycles, socio-economic status). 2) This research will draw out the requirements in bathroom designs in relation to the size of the bathroom based on the residents’ needs analysis conducted by the various research tools. 3) This research will propose a bathroom design principles for each resident type. 4) This research will suggest a hypothetical scenario for each resident type in relation to the size of the apartment and provide adequate design guideline and examples.
