Not only the lifting load of workers and materials growing bigger but also an increase of vertical transportation takes a relatively longer time to lift-up. To counter this problem, researchers are making an effort for the lift plan applicable to high-rise building. Existing studies are mainly focused on figure out appropriate location and quantity of lifting equipment. Meanwhile, it is hard to control the lifting traffic load due to failing to consider the influence of variables in operating stage.
