Among them the number of Gosiwon is growing due to the high value of investment, simple supplying procedure for suppliers and the aspects of the cost and locational condition for consumers. So it has been just established and modified the related regulations about Gosiwon that is began to recognize as a housing partly. But It is an initial point to be running this regulation, so many problems are expected to occur.
