The objects of urban-compact housing include unmarried people, students, newlyweds, etc. as the government policies satisfying the actual demand for the increase of 1-2 persons families such as double-income couples. According to it, this paper intends to suggest the direction planning the urban-living housing in the future by conducting survey under the object of double-income newlyweds, grasping their lifestyles and analyzing the requirement of urban-compact housing space. The lifestyle of double-income newlyweds was divided into three types and the preference by types shows community exchange seeking type, spare time trend seeking type and wellbeing individuality seeking type in order. In addition, it was grasped that there were demands of urban-compact housing under the object of double-income newlyweds and there was a difference of spatial preference by their lifestyles. |
