Mainly due to the past's housing shortages, the quantity of apartments based supply has led to many problems. Such as uniformed city and destroyed the urban landscape, a sense of community decay and lack of diversity of housing types. One of the improvements of our modern society's undifferentiated type of housing is that the managing of low-rise residential area which is the relatively neglected managing is physical management as well as history, culture and reflect residents to manage should be considered. The purpose of this study is to suggest community programs for activation of residents' community as a method of low-rise housing management. In this study, low-rise housing residents' feature of interacting neighborhood, residential recognition, community sense, and the needs of community programs are analyzed. And it is also proposed high-top 5 community programs through the resident's participations. 1. The helper for socially disadvantaged; elderly and disabled 2. Children create their own town planning and local pride inspiring education 3. Region-specific brand creation; resident co-operation, local jobs and revenue 4.
