This study intend to propose strategic roadmapping model for ubiquitous city strategies. The ubiquitous city's conceptual evolution didn't lead to the strategic roadmap in terms of contents and structural framework. Although there are so many strategic roadmap like Cyber Korea, e-Korea, U-Korea, and Ubiquitous City Comprehensive Plan since ubiquitous city was introduced, some of them even proposed only idea without the basic guideline such as strategic structure and templet. Roadmap contains what government or company will do with time schedule through building the goal of roadmap, which should be well structured and detailed according to the architecture of ubiquitous city in order to make roadmap systematic. Templets are also to be suggested so as to easily understand and represent what government or company will do. Multilayered ubiquitous city concept was employed to build roadmap structure. Partial roadmaps like service(SRM), technology(TRM), infrastructure(IRM) and management(MRM) roadmap were made by ubiquitous city architecture.
