국내외적으로 기업 간 경쟁은 갈수록 심화되고 있으며 기업들은 경쟁에서 살아남고 시장의 선도적 위치를 확보하기 위하여 가격 및 품질 우위 전략을 꾸준히 추진하고 있다. 국내 건설 산업에서도 건설시장 개방과 해외 건설시장 진출, 건설경기 침체 등에 따른 건설 공사의 효율성 및 생산성 향상을 위한 다각적인 노력이 시도되고 있으며, 기업 생존을 위한 전략 및 핵심 경쟁요소들을 연구하고 다양한 경영혁신 전략방법을 도입하기 시작하였다. 이러한 흐름은 무엇보다도 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 이루어지고 있는데, 다양한 경영혁신 전략 기법 중 기업으로부터 큰 관심을 유도하고 있는 것이 6시그마 경영이다. 건설 산업은 다양하게 분화된 생산 활동과 분업화된 생산 주체를 가지는 독특한 형태의 구조로 건설 현장 중심의 업무 수행이 대부분을 차지한다. 이는 건설 현장이 건설 산업 생산의 주체라 할 수 있으며, 건설 산업의 6시그마 경영 적용 성패의 여부는 건설 현장이 좌우한다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설 현장을 중심으로 현장에서 인지하는 6시그마 경영에 대한 고찰 및 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 현장에 알맞은 6시그마 경영 방법을 검증하여 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. |

The domestic enterprises in order to secure the freshness location of market from the international competition which is keen are propelling a price and a quality high position strategy steadily. It is put in competitive situation with the overseas enterprises and even from construction industry it follows in construction market opening, and there is not another idea to the research the management strategies, directions, and focus competitive elements of the enterprise against, what it sees consequently and to rise to the priority where the competitive power reinforcement of the enterprise is important, it becomes. Competitive power of like this enterprise for a reinforcement the technique which induces a big interest 6 Sigma is technique from the many companies. Construction industry has been the specialized structure that has diversified production lines and specialized subjects. The works in construction sites account for most parts of works in construction industry. This means that construction sites play a pivotal role in the construction industry. Also, the success of 6 Sigma in construction industry depends on the condition of construction sites. Therefore, this study focused on construction sites in order to understand the problems and contemplation of 6 Sigma in construction sites. Based on these facts, this study suggested the reformation of 6 Sigma in construction sites. |
