This study aims to evaluate the partnership process, operational systems, partnership value among participatory subjects as residents, NGO, experts and administration in the case of Sanseong neighbourhood building in Busan. The study relies on judgement and qualitative assessments of 9 committee members interviewed with 16 indicators and 48 questions. The results of the evaluation show that it is important to establish objectives of project through sufficient understanding and agreement. Also it is necessary to meditate between related groups' participation. In addition, choosing representatives of village must be considered. Planning space project, prior consultation of villages' program and implement should be needed and administrator must be the members of committee to meditate the project. To make better villages, we keep trying to share our vision with residents and make a scheme and a system for the supporting village activist. Finally, to make guide of village making system, compensative evaluation index and more case studies should be required. |
