많은 연구에서 플라이애시 및 바텀애시를 사용한 콘크리트에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있지만, 매립회를 사용한 콘크리트 및 실제 크기의 구조물에 대한 성능평가 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구는 매립회를 잔골재와 치환하여 실제 크기의 구조물을 제작하고 이에 대한 성능을 평가하는 것을 주안점으로 한다. 두 가지 종류의 매립회 (태안, 삼천포)를 선정하고 두가지 치환율(25%, 50%)을 고려하여 총 5개의 기둥, 슬래브, 벽체를 가진 콘크리트 구조물을 시공하였다. 경화전의 매립회 콘크리트 특성에서 공기량, 슬럼프, 응결시간이 측정되었으며, 경화된 구조체에서 코어를 채취하여 강도특성 실험을 수행하였다. 코어에서 평가된 강도 특성은 동일 배합의 공시체 시편에 대한 실험결과와 비교하였다. 실험결과 매립회 콘크리트는 기준 콘크리트에 비해 적절한 강도 특성을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. |

Many researches have been performed on concrete with fly ash and bottom ash. However researches on concrete with pond ash and its application to reinforced concrete structure are carried out very limitedly. This paper presents an applicability of pond ash concrete to construction with real size structure. 2 domestic pond ash samples with normal performance are selected and 2 replacement ratios (25% and 50%) to fine aggregate are considered for 5 pond ash concrete structures consisting of column, slab, and wall. In order to evaluate the property of fresh concrete, several tests including air content, slump, and setting time are performed. For core samples from hardened pond ash concrete structure, tests with strength is carried out and compared with control samples. Through these tests, pond ash concrete has reasonable strength performances compared with normal concrete |
