Infiltration varies substantially with accuracy of the construction, structure of the buildings, wind speed, atmospheric pressure difference and temperature difference between interior and exterior. Also, there is the problem that it cannot be seen with the naked eye. This infiltration provides a fertile breeding ground for molds and contaminates indoor air quality by causing the occurrence of the condensation in the structure in winter season. In addition, it may cause increase of whole building energy consumption by degrading the performance of the insulation. An improvement of performance of the building infiltration and current situation survey has been carried on. However, as it stands now, the performance of the infiltration in apartment building with condition of the insulation at the level of passive house and the evaluation of the weak parts are not satisfactory. Thus, the purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the airtightness of the apartment building with high air tightness and insulation and judge the weak parts. |
