But, most U-service models are the pattern of high expenditure and for newly-built building and until now, most test-beds by public sector were not satisfied needs of patients and expert's opinion focusing on the kind of disease and on-line services. Especially, paradigm of health care moves from the hospital(disease-focused) to the housing(patient-focused) nowadays. The research map out the IT-based smart home needs to be based on space design.
