In this study, the relationship between FIT guests and room rate was regressively analysed through market segment analyses for hotel profits structure. Subsequently, Market Segment Data of hotels located in Seoul was followed. Besides, in order to scrutinize spatial aspects, substantiative study was accompanied by hotel location and comparison analyses with using Space Syntax. This study pinpointed in an objective manner to the importance of accessibility by proposing the efficient location designation of hotels, cultural tourism accommodations, and residential hotels, and even office area targeting foreigners in specific. |
