Now the problems by abnormal climate such as urban heat island effect is becoming a practical threat to the city where we domiciliate beyond the global aspect. In the field of urban design, the efforts to relieve heat island effect is microscopically and partially being achieved. So, systematical integrated alternatives have not been suggested by this time. By the awareness of this limitation, this research aims to establish the grade of each rank of relieving factor in heat island effect with the analysis on the previous study as the first stage, and to suggest the practical adopting direction and the considerations for its adoption. Also, we can make the design elements and guidelines for integhrated housing design technique to mitigate heat island effect on each grade of hierarchy. |
