Convective heat transfer coefficient is composed of natural plus forced heat transfer coefficient. Convective heat transfer coefficient is affected by more forced heat transfer coefficient than natural convective heat transfer coefficient. Although the existing insulation law is applying the same convective heat transfer coefficient, it ha difference between low-story and high-story in high-rise building. In this study, regression equation can be derived based on the existing four experimental models. With the difference of 10℃, heat transmittance is 0.345 at 3.4m/s and this is 0.349 at 15m/s, the heat transmittance would be increase 1.16%. Therefore, the convective heat transfer should be applied according to building height. |
