It first computes option values of redevelopment projects in Seoul using binomial lattice model and confirms that the economic values of waiting to invest in redevelopment are greater than or at least equal to zero. Moreover it is numerically and statistically demonstrated that magnitudes of option values are positively related with those of price volatility.
