The objective of this study is to analyze building's load, system operating and energy by using TRNSYS 17 on the basis of office which is 3 stories building with 3,000㎡. EHP and GHP are selected for heating and cooling. The main focus of this study is to analyze the economic comparison between EHP and GHP. The economic analysis consists of initial costs and operating costs. The first costs is composed of equipment, construction, water supply system, support fund and a tax favor. The operating costs is composed of electric power, energy, rental, personnel, insurance and repairing expenses. The results of economic comparison, EHP initial costs is 40% lower and EHP operating costs is 38% lower than GHP system. And to conclude, the total costs of EHP system is 40% lower than GHP system. |
