Through this research, the calculation formula of estimated residual life considering the necessary minimum thickness for pipe pressure is organized and evaluation factors and decision standard of pipe deterioration for diagnosis methods by pipe sample and ultrasonic thickness meter is established through examining related papers of Korea and Japan.
