The fiber elements and the spring reflect flexural behavior and shear behavior respectively. The parameters of spring which represent pinching effect and decrease of loading and unloading stiffness are determined by comparing VecTor2 and OpenSees. To study the serviceability of the spring, reinforced concrete buildings containing a shear wall are evaluated using nonlinear dynamic analysis with various aspect ratio(H/L) of wall and height of beam. The aspect ratio of the wall has relationship with difference between interstory drift ratio of model with spring and interstory drift ratio of model without spring.
