In the passive house(PH) with good air-tightness and insulation performance, the energy lost through a heat bridge takes for a relative large proportion. This study, targeting on the parts of heat bridge which may appear in the facade of an apartment house, calculated the linear thermal transmittance(Ψ). According to the result, the interior insulation was analyzed to be weaker for the heat bridge than the exterior. In addition, it was analyzed that if the insulation thickness would be applied according to the energy-saving design standard, the equivalent U-value was two times high compared to the standard of PH. As seen at the study outcome, the U-value of wall varies significantly depending on the reflection of the Ψ-value, so it will be possible to exactly analyze the performance of building's thermal energy only when considering the Ψ -value in time of calculating the building’s energy demands in future. |
