Especially, the Korea government needs to prepare the victims program because of the South-North issue. This paper threats site plan, complex utilities, housing system of the domestic temporary housing offered by government office after disaster and the purpose is to make a basic data base for the housing design, site plan, etc. The target of investigation is the temporary housing complex in Yeonpyeong Island which was suffered damage by North Korea artillery attack in November 2010. Over thirty housings were destroyed at the moment, and the thirty three families are living in th front yard of elementary school.
