요약2	The purpose of this study was to analyze Investigation of Women’s Work Performance in Design Stage. Today’s domestic construction industry characterizes the increase of women’s activities and responsibilities. Large portion of design works are occupied with women engineers, and the number of women’s portion increases as the construction project becomes large. This paper analyzes the capability of women engineers in design works and identifies the various situations that hinder women’s working environment. Also, administrative and organizational strategies are proposed to improve women’s work performance and contribution to the construction industry.
