This is attributed to the fact that the studies have made progresses regarding the development and performance of Green Building techniques while applying of Green building techniques are not considering of User-oriented application. For this study, to listed up the items that is consideration when analysis payback period and deduced the considerations for the economic evaluation of user-oriented application of Green Building techniques.
