Generally the amount of energy consumption is very large and there are many different facilities in the large complex buildings, the introduction of BEMS yields many benefits through the efficient monitoring and operation. The strategy to introduce BEMS efficiently and selection procedure of monitoring and control point for a domestic complex building were suggested in this paper. The operation statuses of various building service equipments were monitored and analyzed with the early operation data.
