Much study has been being implemented currently on the healthy residence, but reality is that the comprehensive and systematic study on the healthy residence is scarce. The healthy residence or the healthy houses that are being discussed currently in the nation are pretty much limited to the individual elements and there is no integrated model presentation. Accordingly, in this research, we intend to derive and synthesize the harming factors for the healthy residence and the planning elements based on the result that has been studied so far from the point of view that we sum up this discussions at the middle stage.
