By quantitatively eliciting the effects that the urban regeneration projects that use art programs have on the changes in the perception of community housings and by analyzing the results of objective verification, this study was able to ascertain that local resident festivals had the greatest impacts on the change in the perception of community housings in the Sajik 2-dong in the City of Cheong-ju.
