But IDP suggested so far has only been studied in overseas so that leads to inefficient and dissipating result when simply applied to the domestic field. Clearly, type and size of buildings with a high demand in the domestic market must be thoroughly analyzed in order to adjust existing IDP into the domestic condition. Further, the optimized element technologies that fit domestic condition must be classified and establishing the detailed check-list of each step in the managing process would be pivotal.
