Most previous studies were analyzed according to the crime occurred on the basis of physical-environmental factors of the place. Some researches are using space analysis program, but each showed different results. In this study, the characteristics of the place that the crime happened were analyzed using the space analysis program, Space Syntax and VAE. Based on the rational choice theory that criminals chose places intentionally, the space were analyzed using a modified VAE model.
