Especially, buildings have emitted over the 40% of carbon dioxide against whole quantities to be emitted to the earth. Therefore, the reduction of carbon dioxide emitted from buildings require to save the earth environment. So, many countries have carried out various policies about sustainable building to protect the earth against the global warming and environmental pollution. Korea government has also executed the Green Building Certification Criteria(GBCC). The GBCC evaluates the 9 types of buildings to certificate the green building.
