요약2	As the problems of aging and low birth rate grow, population of people who are older than 65 years old in Korea is expected to take 14% of the total population and Korea would become aging society in 2018. What is more, it is expected that the number of SINGLE, DINK, TONK is growing and elderly families are increasing sharply because of the change of life style. At the same time, Well-looking and NOMU demand better appearance and Well-being and Wellness demand better living quality. However, the exiting housing does not support physical downhill caused by aging and thus cause accidents like falling making it great impact on elderlys' independent life. Death even happens when the accident is severe. This not only put pressure on elderly physical and mentally but also the whole family. Therefore, it is high time that suggestion be made for adjustment for the physical downhill and sickness of elderly. In the study, housing adjustment methods for the physical downhill caused by aging of different parts of the body are suggested and cases of housing adjustment for elderly and disabled in Japan are analyzed. By using experience of the healthy housing in Japan for the ultra-aging society, it help explore universal and healthy housing universal and healthy housing for Korean elderly.
