Therefore, the significance of leisure and welfare for the elderly is also growing. The purpose of this study is to suggest the data and direction for planning the future senior center by categorizing the type of floor plans and analyzing the size of each room of the senior centers in apartment complexes. The subjects were 62 senior centers in apartment complexes in Jangyu new urban area, Gyeongnam.
