For this purpose, apartment complex was clustered with 4-groups(Convenience deteriorated area, Amenities deteriorated area, Convenience good area, Amenities good area) based upon the residential environment evaluation through the cluster analysis. And it shows that physical environment and residential satisfaction were not matched through the survey about residential satisfaction for each area type. The determinants as residential satisfaction by residential environment types were analyzed through the multiple-regression analysis.
