요약1	최근 건설산업은 국내 경기 침체에 따라 심각한 불황을 겪고 있다. 주택사업의 대안으로 플랜트건설에 관심이 모아지고 있다. 플랜트 건설 중 전력부분을 담당하는 발전플랜트(Power Plant) 산업은 에너지 사업이 주목받는 오늘날 관심이 높아지고 있다. 효과적인 사업의 진행을 위해 건설산업관리(Construction Management)의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 발전플랜트건설에서 CM산업이 담당하는 영역에 대한 연구나 자료가 미미하다. 따라서 본 연구에서 건설경기 침체를 극복할 방안으로 발전플랜트건설에서 CM산업의 동향과 전망에 대해서 모색해 보았다. 우선, 플랜트산업과 발전플랜트산업의 동향과 전망을 분석했다. 그 후, 발전플랜트건설에서 CM산업의 동향과 전망을 분석하였다. 고부가 가치 사업인 발전플랜트건설 CM산업은 국내시장뿐만 아니라 해외시장에서도 규모가 확대 될 것이다. 이에 따라 위축된 국내 건설산업의 새로운 활로가 될 것으로 기대된다.
요약2	Construction industry, in accordance with the national recession, is experiencing a severe recession. Plant construction has drawn attention to the housing projects as an alternative. Power Plant industry, which is responsible for the part of power plant construction, interest is growing in the energy business today aspiring. For effective progress of the business, the importance of the CM(Construction Management) is growing. However, the CM industry that is responsible for research in the area of Power Plant construction or materials is negligible. Therefore, in this study, as a way to overcome the Power Plant construction recession as CM industry trends and prospects in the Power Plant construction sought. First, Analyzed trends and prospects of the Plant intustry and Power Plant. After, Analysed Trends and Prospects of the Construction Management in the Power Plant Construction. CM industry in the Power Plant construction of high value-added business, the largest in the domestic market as well as overseas markets will be expanded. It is expected hereby by becoming new way in the withered the domestic construction
