요약1	우리나라의 해외건설 누적 수주 금액은 2012년 6월을 기준으로 5,000억 달러를 달성하였으며 정부는 더 나아가 2020년 해외건설 누적 수주 금액 1조 달러를 목표로 하고 있다. 그러나 2011년 우리나라 건설 기업의 해외수주 지역 및 공종을 분석한 결과 중동지역 및 산업설비 공종의 비중이 높은 것으로 분석되어 향후 지속적인 수주 향상을 위해서는 진출 지역 및 공종에 대한 다변화가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 수주지역 다변화를 위한 방안으로 Global Insight 2011 자료의 2010~2017년까지의 권역별 건설시장 규모 전망 데이터를 활용하여 전년대비 성장률을 도출한 이후에 글로벌 건설 시장 성장률과의 비교 분석을 통한 우리나라 건설기업들의 진출 권역에 대해 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 아시아, 남미, 동유럽 건설시장의 성장률이 높을 것으로 분석되어 이 권역에 위치한 국가들의 건설 시장 진출을 우선적으로 수행해야할 필요가 있을 것으로 조사되었으며, 글로벌 건설시장 성장률 보다는 상대적으로 낮은 성장률을 나타낼 것으로 전망되나 시장 규모가 큰 것으로 조사된 중동 및 아프리카, 서유럽 권역에 대해서도 진출 방안을 모색할 필요가 있을 것으로 분석되었다.
요약2	A Korean accumulated order sum of oversea construction has reached 500 billion dollars on June 2012 basis and Korean government aims at a trillion in the amassed order amount of oversea constructions until 2020. however, after i analyzed oversea districts for obtaining orders and construction type in 2012, it was revealed that weight of construction type of industrial facilities and the middle east area was high so various changes in construction sites and construction type are needed for sustaining increases in orders. Accordingly, an analysis on inroad regions of Korean construction companies was executed in this study through the comparative analysis with a growth rate of the global construction markets after the rate of growth contrasted with the previous year’s was deduced by utilizing datum from Global Insight 2011 anticipating scales on regional construction markets from 2010 to 2017as a device for diversification of Korean areas for obtaining orders. After a result of the analysis, it turned out that the growth rate of the construction markets in Asia ,the east Europe and south American was high so that it was said that the construction markets of countries that are located in these areas need preferentially fulfilling and it was also analyzed that the device for advance into the middle east, Europe and Africa that are expected to have big scale in markets needs finding even though it has been anticipated that these kinds of countries like the middle east, Europe and Africa will have a lower rate of growth than the global construction markets.
