Also this study compares and analyzes how one's spacing preference differs by housing value. The result will enhance the spacing plan for the single household. The data for the analysis was collected through questionnaire survey method from May 15 to 23, 2012, and the sample consisted of 104 respondents who are single households. The conclusions drawn from the research can b summarized as follows: 1) Housing value of male and female's singe household is use oriented type, social status-authority oriented type, and Among all, use oriented type appears the most from the single household of male and female. 2) Both male and female's single household put more weights on bedroom and living room in terms of house spacing.
