The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of planning for residential facilities within golf course sites. To achieve this purpose, the study examined the size and current conditions of residential facilities within the sites of domestic golf courses through a literature review and identified their characteristics from the aspects of development and architecture. The study's subjects were 61 golf courses that operated residential facilities within their sites among the country's 319 golf courses. The analysis data included relevant literature and the collection of the homepage and information materials of each golf course. Based on this, in terms of development, characteristics in the environment of location, scale of development, and operating methods were derived. In terms of architecture, layout patterns, floor plans, and elevation plans were drawn. |
