For the simulation, we modeled an office building using BIM software and transmitted the information of the model to energy performance analysis program. And then, we conduct the simulation with variable shape and elevation of the building which are not considered in electric demand forecast so far. We research the changing patterns of the electric consumption by analysis of annual electric consumption and the result derived from the simulation.
