The thermal performance of the curtain walls is usually lower than opaque walls, because the curtains walls mainly consist of glass and metals with high thermal conductivities. The curtain wall system has various dimension of the module and clearance of the transoms or mullions. Therefore, it is difficult to regulate the curtain wall.
