Consistent environmental change on foreign and domestic construction industries has caused a number of firms to change their investment strategy. The following research focuses mainly on the external environment and organization structure factor in order to determine a profound relationship between the two. By establishing the factors between external environment and organization structure, cluster analysis will be utilized to extract the organization structure of successful companies. The analysis will then be applied in developing a model that will aid domestic construction firms in determining a more strategic organization structure when there is a change in the external environment. |
