An issue of autonomy management in community and charging problems are searching for empirical methodology of complexation cases. The aim of this study is to find out the characteristics of facility management for Shounandai Konminkan. The research has been processed through field visiting, interview with managing participants and observation of the facility. As results, the complexation of the community center adopted facilities in demand and diverse programs of residents' participation promote social interactions.
