Although the algorithms are applicable, the accuracy depends on the technical data factors including utilisation factors required for the calculation. Utilization factors used in current tools have never been verified. This study is to assess the applicability of the utilisation factors and to identify the error ranges against the results of detailed simulation program, Energy Plus.
