요약2	Although the proportion of wood structure buildings among newly constructed buildings in Korea is very low comparing to other buildings using different construction, beginning of construction of wooden buildings has increase steadily since 2011 according to yearly statistics of commencement works of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. Increase of wooden buildings generates a positive factor in expanding construction market with diversity of buildings. Temporary residence is provided to victims who got damaged because of disaster to reside temporarily, so it should be easy to transport and construct. Modular construction using wood structure is expected to reduce construction cost, so more research is needed in an aspect of cost cutting.
