The observatory platform has been a major tourist's attraction as the final destination of the building tour. This research is focused on planning and designing issues of this observatory platform with its various facilities. By surveying and researching the cases of the observatory platforms in tall buildings in domestic and overseas, its architectural planning elements and spatial prototypes are classified.
