본 연구는 치유효과 향상을 위한 치유경관 및 치유환경조성에 관한 기초연구로서 치유환경이 필요한 대표적 장소에 해당하는 병원의 조경공간을 분석하여 이용현황과 치유적 특성을 도출하며, 치유적 특성 및 만족도의 상호관계성을 밝히고자 하였다. 이와 같은 목적에서 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 치유환경의 공간적 특성을 분석하기 위해 서울 아산병원 옥상정원의 물리적인 공간 특성 및 일반적 이용현황을 분석하였다. 둘째, 조경공간에 대한 만족도는 평균 5.7점(7점 척도)로 긍정적인 만족도 수준을 나타냈으며, 병원옥상정원 만족도 산출식은 자연소재 및 식재의 만족도와 휴게시설 및 편의시설의 2개 항목이 중요한 인자로 도출되었다. 셋째, 조경공간경관의 치유적 특성은 요인분석 결과 RPRS(Revised Perceived Restorativeness Scale)의 개발 의도인 4개의 요인과 비슷한 양상으로 '경관의 소속감', '경관의 정연성', '경관의 매력', '호기심'의 4개의 요인으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 만족도가 치유적 특성과 상관관계 가 있는 정적인 관계가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 병원, 실버타운 등 다양한 치유경관 및 치유환경 계획 시 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다. |

The purpose of this study is to derive a general usage and restorative quality which are both restorative in landscape and environment to improve the restorative effects as basic research of analyzing hospital landscape that typically required the restorative environment as well as investigate the correlation between the restorative quality and the satisfaction. At first, results of the study are to analyze the spatial characteristics and usage of Asan Medical Center roof garden for analyzing physical setting of restorative environment. Second, the satisfaction of the landscape area averaged 5.7 (7-point scale) which is a positive level of satisfaction and the two influential factors of results are 'natural materials and plant' and 'rest facilities and amenities'. Third, restorative quality of landscape space is analyzed as frer factors, 'landscapes of belonging', 'landscapes of ordering', 'landscapes of attractiveness', and 'Ceriosities' which implies the similar pattern of four new factors of RPRS(Revised Perceived Restorativeness Scale). Fourth, attributes of a static relationship was derived which were correlated between the satisfaction and the restorative quality. The results of the study will be utilized for a restorative environment planning such as silver town and hospital as a basic research. |
